Data management and the overall aggregation of data streams is something that Coordinate has been helping cities with in all of our implementations. A very common pain point for any local government are software or workflow silos that exist within the organisation. Every department seems to have their own software, with their own unique way of capturing data, making it very difficult for these groups to share data and collaborate. During our Coordinate implementation process, our team focuses on connecting these silos and funnelling data streams into Coordinate, which has made collaborating across departments much easier for our partnering organisations. It is very common for the Coordinate team to push and pull data from ArcGIS, permitting and 311 systems, allowing organisations to finally have a one-stop solution to view this data.
